Installation Method:
In Round Columns two layers will be used, first layer 300mm from Bottom of the concrete Floor, Second layer 400mm from the first layer fixed using M6 Rawl bolt at a regular intervals of 300mm Length in a zigzag position Ramp area Heavy duty two layers of wall guard will be applied same like Round column installation

Rubber Speed Hump

Our Speed hump comes in Black and Bright yellow color which can easily visible to motorist at reasonable distance.

An average of 30% speed will be reduced by using speed humps which offers safety to pedestrians and fellow road users

Wheel Stopper
Solid High Impact Resistant Rubber provided with Yellow strip cover Strong enough to stop any car, van or the biggest pick-up truck The yellow reflective stripes are highly visible during day and night.

The low profile construction provides that even the lowest cars are not going to damage bumpers or tires.

Fixing Details:
M16 Rawl Bolt to be used for fixing as counter Holes will have to be provided in the Rubber Wheel Stopper

Corner Guard
We offer a premium range of high quality corner guards are made from high impact resistance NR/SBR. Neoprene & EPDM corner guards also available on request. They are designed to protect the edges of columns in structures.

They are mounted onto the edges of columns and chipped edges in car parks, nursing homes, laboratories, hotel, schools, hospitals, sports areas and multitude of other commercial properties.

Available in Black Color as well as with Color Strips on both sides of the wings or round rod in centre

Installation Method:
Leaving 250mm from bottom of the Concrete floor, GI Back up will be fixed with 8mm screw in alternative side in a zigzag position, Rubber corner Guards will be mounted on the GI Clip from sideways Glue Type will be fixed using Standard Glues, provided the fixing Surface to be clean
